New Bob Moog site

There’s a new site at

http://bobmoog.com/

dedicated to Bob Moog.

This is Matt Moog’s comment on the home page:

"This site was conceived of by Bob Moog as a way to share information about himself with people around the world.

He passed away on August 21, 2005 before the site was launched.

Many of the articles and pictures contained in the archives were part of his personal collection. His daughter Michelle and son in-law Joseph worked with his direction to obtain the rights to articles and photos. His express desire was to help students, engineers, musicians, reporters, and others interetested in the art and scient of electronic music to learn more about his personal history.
Although he was too humble to ever say himself, Bob Moog was a genius who inspired tens of thousands of musicians who in turn inspired hundreds of millions with their music.

It will be our challenge to make this site live up to that legacy. For the time being, the site will continue to evolve as we add more articles and pictures.
We are open to any suggestions you may have how to improve this site.

Thank You,
Matt Moog"

Thanks Matt for the site, and thanks Bob for the synths !!

I am extremely impressed by the Image Gallery…It’s so nice to see some new pictures I’ve never seen before, I’m usually subjected to the reprints of photos from “Analog Days” which I’ve seen a thousand times before…THANKS!
