ok, when i first had the LP tribute edition i would get a wierd tracking noise(almost a phasing sound) at higher volumes/gains (on almost every preset)…
i contacted moog tech support(back then) and they said it was a hardware issue…thus i returned it to musiciansfriend…
but, i’ve been really wanting a Moog again…and the vintage prices seem to just be outrageous lately…
can anyone tell me if this has been fixed in the stage 1 or stage 2 LP’s(or in any of the os updates?)??
i searched this moog forum and havent seen/read anything about it, so if anyone can help me out that’d be great! thanks!
Haven’t had a problem…
I bought a Stage I a year ago, and it’s fine…though right now it’s a Stage II with a grey back…
thanks for the input, im gunna buy another one and hopefully everything will be good..
If you used the search function you could find more about the “noise” problem some people were having with the earlier TE fatty’s
