What is the legality of using television footage (screen projected,) during a live musical concert? the footage is new, definitely copyrighted, and will only be used during live musical performances(only video will be used, no audio). Can we use it? if so under what circumstances? Do we have to provide some kind of credit or is this totally illegal and requires permission from the actual creators.
