Can you use an LFO in the stead of a pedal to sync it with other gear?

Yes, it does work to sync to the MuRF to an LFO with the tap tempo input.
Sending it to the “tip” will make the tempo twice as fast as the LFO. Sending it to the “ring” will match it 1 for 1. A triangle or square wave will work.
