[MTR] Echoing MIDI IN -> USB MIDI slow

Setup description:

  • hardware midi controller connected to MIDI IN on Minitaur (fw 2.1.14)
  • Minitaur connected to computer (Mac/El Capitan) by USB cable

Midi CC messages passing through Minitaur are updated slowly (values are jumping, not changing smoothly).
