[MTE] Editor show an save incorrect Category

The combo box of Category in Minitaur Editor get a list of categories that not matches real in synth.
When saving a patch to synth, the editro select another category
The list that show me have only 3 options: ALL, Keys, User1

I would appreciate a better explanation of the problem you’re having, as I can’t get from your description how it can be reproduced.

Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of the firmware and editor available:

Gil, I have reloaded Firmware and editor you have send me but I get the same problem
First image show in the editor the Firmware and Editor I have installed now
and the second, the category drop-down list I get: only 3 options: ALL, Keys and User1
So how to change the category?
Inside the Minitaur app you can find a excel with the correct Categories but progran don’t use?

The top right-click menu only shows the categories of the presets which are in the folder currently in use. If non of the presets in the active folder are set to “Strings”, for example, then there would be no “Strings” on the list.

Well… then, how I select in a new preset created from scratch on the editor, the category for this new preset I have created?
I can’t believe I must select the category over the synth and come again to editor to continue… Don’t?

Save it to a custom folder, click on the current category and choose “Change Category”. You may then copy it to a hardware location.

For me, this is not a solution.
I will not use category in my presets.
Why simply not enable to change the category in editor like preset name?
Midi Synth Editor: software make to edit parameters for a synth in a simpler way than over the synth.
