MoogerFooger apps HELP

i have been trying to get assistance from the moogerfooger group for weeks and no response. I want to download and reinstall the 109S… I purchased the rest (fantastic btw). The problem is my original download link has to be refreshed and no one at Moog will respond. I’ve been requesting assistance for weeks… hmmmm actually two months… Has anyone had success with contacting the software group?
