Moog Voyager Category Browsing Mode

Can anyone explain how the category browsing mode works on the Moog Voyager Electric Blue Edition v3.5? I find it really confusing.

When I hit Enter and it goes into category mode, how do I exit category mode? How do I browse backwards? And how do I get back to the patch where I was at if I hit it accidentally?

to exit the Category mode press -1 or +1
to jump backwards press ENTER and CURSOR

You mean hold the Enter button down and press Cursor to go backwards. It took me awhile but I got it. Thanks!
