Moog One built in keyboard issue

Hi everyone!

I recently noticed some weird issue on Moog One where random notes on the built in keyboard becomes unresponsive/barely responsive. The annoying thing is it is not consistent and when I change the preset, the problem goes away. Does anyone have the same issue and if so do you know the remedy? Frimware version is 1.8.1 and UI Version is 2.1.4

Quick call out that the current firmware for the Moog One is 1.8.2 and it was released in part to fix some regression bugs that had been introduced in 1.8.0 (and not fully resolved in 1.8.1). I would start with upgrading to 1.8.2 and then replying back with “fixed” or “still broken” status.
