Hello, just wanted to share that im returning my 2 day old messenger cause of this issue, tried everything from updates to resets to settings.
If volume goes above 50% it just freeze and I need to restart the synth. Only audio out plugged in, no usb no midi etc, yes tried different power socket.
What a shame that Moog don’t even test the products before shipping. Thats a very obvious and fast to find issue, only explanation is product was not tested !
Wonder if anyone else had this problem?
