I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed this yet but the Clock Div settings that you see on your computer screen in the Messenger Preset Editor are exactly backwards from what the manual says they should be. Button 1 should be 1/32 note according to the manual but the Preset Editor shows it as a whole note, which should be button 16, which the Editor shows as a 1/32 note. And the pattern continues for all 16 buttons. So where is the screw up? Is it in the Preset Editor software, the manual’s wrong, or worst of all the firmware in the Messenger is wrong. Could this be the cause of some of the MIDI timing problems I’ve been reading about on this form?
