Looking for EPROM images for the Memorymoog, version 2.5. I could find and burn
the three EPROMs with the 2.4 firmware version, but no luck with the 2.5. Does anyone have
these available?

Hi, I too am searching for Memorymoog firmware v2.5 (either files or EPROMs) to do the autotune upgrade. Did these ever surface? Thanks, Russ
Don’t bother. Except for two dormant bytes at the beginning of one of the EPROMs that only change the checksum, they’re 100% identical to 2.4.
@solitaire I haven’t seen the 2.5 EPROM images available online. You may have better luck asking in Memorymoog or vintage synth forums—someone might have archived copies. Good luck!
