Moog Little Phatty pots issue

Hi all,
just got a second hand Moog Little Phatty Stage 2, the one with the USB port.
I noticed this strange behaviour with the knobs. I attached a video, because an image speaks a thousand words. In short, the LED don’t follow the knobs, it’s like they are mismatched, out of phase.

I have this issue with all the 4 pots. If I close them at zero, the LEDs are stuck at about 10 o’clock (see images below)

What ANALOGUE MODE for the pots is set in the Master Mode Menu?

Try it with the setting SNAP.

Yep, I would have answered the same but the video shows what seems to be a problem. I had never seen this before.
Trying with another mode won’t hurt, though.
