I’m using a Moog Little Phatty 2, and I’m experiencing a major issue with it. Right after turning it on, I hear a descending tone, and the screen displays the error message: “send firmware sx code error 2.” After this, the unit becomes completely unresponsive, and I can’t operate it at all.
My unit is the version with USB support. Does this indicate a complete hardware failure, or could it be something that can be resolved with a firmware update or repair?
I live in an area where it’s quite difficult to find experts familiar with older Moog models, so I’m turning to this forum in hopes of getting some guidance or advice.
