Moog 15 app won't stop playing a sound

I was going through the tutorial and did my first patch and the app started to play a note and won’t stop. I’ve closed the app, reopened and still there. Uninstalled app, reinstalled, still there.
Checked the hold switch was turned off.
It won’t stop playing?!

You will need to run the osc through an envelope generator. Otherwise, there is nothing to release the note.
