Has there been any consideration of doing a very stripped down version of the minitaur firmware that kills all the patch saving, midi cc, and other advanced features? To clarify, I bought the synth, love it, only use it in stand-alone mode (not even with the editor; It sounds so good and is so easy to use I don’t need to) and therefore would be happy to sacrifice all of the advanced features for a more stable basic firmware, as the minitaur I have hangs up at least once per use. I suspect I’m not totally alone here either.
I’d be happy to beta test for you if it’s something you would consider doing. That said, I’m sure you guys have a lot on the agenda (including an update to the existing minitaur firmware), so no worries if it’s too much trouble. Again, I really really really do love the sound of the box and the ease of the hardware interface, hence my asking.
