Minitaur endless sustain issue plus other issues

My minitaur is acting funny suddenly and sustaining every note endlessly. I can drop the sustain down to below 9 o clock and the note cuts off but its not tight and there is a noticeable lag between triggering the note and hearing sound. I checked the release and that is dialed back as well so not the issue. So even if I get the sustain off, the lag is not normal and is killing me, it sounds almost a 16th note late.

Is there a way to reset the minitaur? I also am noticing the psu is sensitive and if I move the machine the power can flick on and off. So maybe this is connected? I am not sure, but appreciate any assistance.

According to the schematics the whole synth is a bunch of microcontrollers and dsps (beside the always and everywhere moog ladder and some analog I/O), even the PSU is controller based. The EG is controller based as well, so I would start checking the power cable, checking the voltages and perhaps replace the controller which controlles the EG.

Turns out it was a MIDI loop causing all the issues. I do think I should order a psu that has a snugger fit to it though. Any recommendations for a good replacement?
