I am getting static, noise from the minitaur when using cc7, I have the slim phatty on the same daw, midi rack and don’t have this issue. Tried new midi, audio cables, that’s not it. Could the pot be noisy from cc7? It’s not noisy when I turn the volume knob manually…anyone else have this issue?
Hey - I traded some emails with Amos about this - it’s not pot noise, it’s just the zipper sound from adjusting it with MIDI. My slim doesn’t make the noise either - apparently there is a solution on the way (but we must all be patient when it comes to moog!) You’ll find the problem is lessened if you have the analog volume set lower and use the top end of the MIDI volume range rather than maxing it out and using lower cc7 values.
Thanks for the note, will try that, maybe a declicker noise reduction might catch most of it too, please Amos, I am right in the middle of a score and really liking the moog sound but this is causing issue
