Hi,
I just unpacked my new Minimoog Model D reissue. What a wonderful instrument.
It will set next to my 1979 Minimoog I bought used over 30 years ago.
My question:
Where to find the sysex documentation?
I haven’t found them on the Moog pages.

I found the SysEx documentation after registering my Minimoog.
You will see on the top left, once you logged in, SUPPORT. And its there under the DOWNLOADS menu item.
For SysEx freaks here some information found in the above SysEx docs (you need to know about hex numbers of cause):
By sending
F0 04 15 7F 15 00 00 00 F7
as SysEx to the Minimoog, you will receive the firmware version in a response formed like this:
F0 7E 7F 06 02 04 00 15 00 01 00 00 [v_min] [v_maj] F7
So the response
F0 7E 7F 06 02 04 00 15 00 01 00 00 08 01 F7
means version 1.8
The SysEx Data Sheet PDF is also available from the downloads tab on the Moog Model D product page: https://www.moogmusic.com/products/minimoog/minimoog-model-d#downloads-tab
Hi,
even though this thread is quite old, can someone tell me where I can find the SysEx documentation today? It’s neither in the support section after logging into the registered area nor in the download section of the Moog Model D product page.
Thanks, but this is a list from Voyager. I’m looking for a list for the Model D reissue 2016.
sorry, my mistake. I don’t have infos for the model d.
