Minifoogers you would like to see in the future

The Minifooger line is obviously successful. What Pedal(s) should they make in the future?

My vote goes for a Minifooger Phaser based on it’s big brother. I’d buy that in a second!

Filter.

the Drive has a resonant filter and you can tweak the cutoff it via the CV input

I’d like to see a State Variable Filter in either a Minifooger, or a Moogerfooger.

Is there one of those on any Moog gear? At least the way the Voyager does the high-pass is not exactly that, nor on the 500 series filter, or is it?

4 stage phaser with mix, depth, rate and shape knob. Exp input for rate / depth or mix.

It’s not that filter.

But it works nevertheless! I use the MF Drive as a filter for the MicroBrute, and it certainly does lend a ‘moog’ sound quality to that synth, and can be controlled by its ENV or LFO just like an on-board filter.

Now, the Minifooger I’d like to see (other than the obvious build-us-a-mini-phaser-now request), would be a stand-alone LFO to modulated the existing Minifoogers. Amiright?

I second that! If Moog made a state variable filter, you know it would be good!

Just order a CoPilot Broadcast. It actually has tap tempo, which Moog hasn’t bothered to include in the Minifooger line.

^Thanks for the tip! Have ended up using a MicroBrute for all these feature (plus MIDI sync), and am currently sending its LFO CV and ENV CV out to a Slim Phatty to add modulation options. Winning!

Murf and bode frequency shifter

Yes! and 2/3/4 stage phaser.

The Multidrive from the Sub Phatty & 37!

Why not the whole section from the synths on a pedal?

MF Filter - Cutoff - Resonance - Multidrive - Slope

4 Stage Phaser & a Spring/Plate Style Reverb. Then my full minifooger pedal board would be complete.

+1 for a good filter pedal.

Isn’t the Minifooger Drive good enough?

Isn’t the Minifooger Drive good enough?

Well, no. You can only sweep it with an external CV and the filter itself seems to be tuned narrowly.

A new filter pedal would have, I think, an envelope follower for pick-wah effects, pole selection, frequency control, resonance control and an LFO (the inclusion of the LFO would make it better than the MF-101).

EDIT and the Drive’s filter is only two pole, fixed resonance. Look, it’s great to have that in the drive, but it is limited. A proper filter pedal would be a great addition to the line

I’d love a Mini Fooger reverb pedal. Either that, or a compression pedal.

Hi, newbie here, but a phaser would be nice, some reverb stuff, most of all a device or a stackable something with future expand options to control all units expression inputs with one expression pedal. Cheers, U.
