I found this company when looking for info on piezo crystals..
THey sell Oscillators and Filters with huge frequency responces.
Can any of you explain what these chips woudl be for?

They would be used for Radio Frequency (RF) applications such as Radio Transmitters and radio Receivers, additionally they may be used as a clock for a microprocessor/microcontroller, etc.
They are out of the range of audio as these begin at 8MHz (8,000,000 Hertz) whereas audio ranges from 20 hertz up to about 21-25KHz (21-25,000 Hertz).
