MIDI MuRF patterns created by Koushion app

Just discovered a slick way to create on-the-fly (or saved) MIDI MuRF patterns with the Koushion app. It’s a Tenori-On-like sequencer that works nicely with the 105M…

Awesome! I cant wait to get a midi murf & an ipad for that mater  thanks for posting this up, the Koushion app looks interesting, I would love to have a try of sequencing some of my CV/Gate gate gear from this through the kenton, new and old technology mingling nicely together, what are you using to get the midi data form ipad to murf?
Cheers

I am using the Alesis iDock (can’t live without it) connected by USB to my Macbook. Routing MIDI through Ableton to the 5-pin MIDI output of my Alesis audio/MIDI interface.

Here is another of My Moogy Koushion videos…

Koushion is controlling the Little Phatty. This LP has the CV out modification. The Pitch CV is going to the CP-251 Attenuator and getting inverted, then sent to control the Filter Cutoff of the Voyager. Inverting this CV adds some interesting contrary motion, instead of everything going up and down at the same time. Both synths are run through a Line 6 Echo Pro for MIDI Clock Synced echoes.

Very nice, very moody! which I like

Here’s another more extended jam with some other synths thrown in. Not a “serious” performance… just proof-of-concept.

Very cool, I need a better job or to win lotto I think… maybe I got to stop hanging out on forums like this as my wish list seems to have doubled in the last few months lol

Love your vids, keep em coming!

Thanks… glad you like them. Thinking about hooking Koushion up to the Multi-Pedal (MIDI-to-CV) next.
