MF 104m with Voyager XL modulating LFO Rate!

Hi everybody,

My 104m arrived in the mail yesterday, and I’ve been having lots of fun experimenting. This track is just a simple tune I improvised once I found this amazing sound. All the sound you here is solo guitar going through the mf 104m. I am using the reverse sawtooth LFO from my Voyager XL to modulate the LFO rate, and right when I started doing this, all these beautiful little contrapuntal lines along with the strong pulse started happening. Just thought it was a neat example of what this thing can do!

Nice work. I even got that nautical feel from it.

Beautiful!

Cant wait for mine to arrive

That sounds really cool. I love your playing here.
Bravo

well done, sir. I really enjoyed the ambience and texture. excellent sound.

very excited to get mine and experiment . . . my mf-104m anyway, haha, my XL probably won’t happen for a couple years.

Thanks for the comments, guys! Glad you liked the track! I think i’m going to tighten it up a bit and make a duo for viola and guitar using this same idea (my wife’s a violist), should sound pretty cool, i think. This thing is sooooo fun. I look forward to hearing what everyone gets into after their foogers arrive. Namahshaman, you should definitely consider getting a cp-251 to use with this. I imagine you could even use the lag processor to approximate the sawtooth/ramp LFO. I was using the sawtooth LFO to modulate the LFO rate on this track. Even without the control voltages, this pedal has an incredible array of possibilities!
