I just got a LP Stage II, and would like to update it. I’ve dowloaded the proper files, but when I follow the instructions, the LP just hangs. When I reboot it, it is on the OS it was in.
Any suggestions?

OK, apparently either a tough question or a badly posed one. I asked it via the tech mail contact and no answer there either.

what sort of MIDI interface are you using? if it has drivers, are they up to date? what kind of computer and operating system?
in general, this means that something about your MIDI system isn’t doing right, or the update would work.
If you’re using USB directly to the LP, make sure it’s not through a hub.
It’s a stage 2, so I’m using usb, not through a hub. I am experiencing other issues now, see different thread
What’s the experience here on contacting tech support? I’ve got zero response, and it’s more than two weeks now, since I asked the question through contact form.
