lost plugin changes

when i did a session in ableton and the sub37 editor changing some parameters within in the sub37 editor and then closing the plugin view (not muting) and reopen the the plugin view it takes some time to get back to the latest setting which is also currently running on the hardware. can this be better cached somehow? its quite a delay.

when i wait for editor / hardware sync then is everything fine so far. the user have to wait. problematic is that the user can fiddle with the gui before the sync is ready.

after closing and opening the editor view in ableton about 4-5 times: at one time the opening of the plugin killed the temporarily changed parameters back the last saved settings of the preset. (in this case i didnt touched or clicked anything on the editor gui).

Thanks,

Has anyone else encountered this kind of issues ? and will you check if anything changed on 0.9.29 ?

I just tried 0.9.28 and although I couldn’t replicate this, I could get something similar: if I had a preset on the hardware 37 that I had edited a sequence for but not saved, when I first fired up the editor as a vst in live, it reverted the preset back to the stored preset - it didn’t revert if I’d changed something like filter cutoff. Happened every time with 0.9.28.

With 0.9.29 it doesn’t do this.

i do not experience the problem anymore so far, too

Thanks for the update !
