Ive installed 3.5 OS update but after this operation i have lost first 32 preset in bank A. Ive tryed to repeat the update operation but these 32 presets are damaged.
How can i restore the bank A ?

Were they factory sounds or your sounds?
If they are factory, just reload them. They can be found on knob tweak and probably the Moog site. If they were your sounds, I hope you backed them up.
ALWAYS BACK UP your sound banks before doing any OS changes! (I know this has been said, but it needs to be stressed!)
I am already in 3.4, and when I read about this problems I leave apart my intentions to update the OS… I wonder how this is possible to loose the presets so easily 
What is the difficulty…???
First back up all of your presets…update firmware…put all presets back…all done in 10 min… 
And i don’t call those problems…i call it a challenge… 
Reload version 3.4 and backup bank A this should work.
