Is it as simple as having a trs to midi cable from trigger out on the DFAM to Midi in on the Hologram or am i missing something?
Hi, it depends on exactly what you’re trying to do. From what you described it sounds like you’d need a CV to MIDI converter, as the majority of the outputs from the DFAM are CV and not audio (or MIDI). Conversely, if you want the Microcosm to control the DFAM, you’d need a MIDI to CV converter.
If you’d like to process the audio out from the DFAM, then a standard audio cable can connect from the audio out of the DFAM to the audio/instrument IN on the Hologram.
