well, it is in fact a synth-instrumental comparable to something from Jean Michel Jarre, the bpm and the sound is like the link… as far as i can remeber, i think its now over 20 years when i heard it the last time.
Towards the end, the melody vaguely reminds me of Telstar from the mid 60s.
