Hey all,
Hoping someone can help! I sent a new preset bank (official Moog percussion presets) to my Little Phatty Stage II via USB, and it completely freaked out. Now:
- USB MIDI doesn’t work on my new Mac (but does on older Mac/Windows)
- That said, I can’t send presets anymore for some reason, neither USB nor DIN
- The presets are corrupted—random names/characters, erratic sounds, weird LED, and button behavior
- Reprogramming a preset and overwriting the bad preset works
- Temporarily. Not after every reboot, but twice already, they revert to the corrupted ones…
- Note calibration is stuck at 12
- Bunch of other weirdness, especially with the LFO
Tried a factory reset, of course, which was supposed to restore Factory Presets, and just uploaded the latest firmware again (via an old Mac), but nothing changed, to my surprise. Do I need to try the debugging thingy?
Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I could try? Is anyone in Europe good at troubleshooting this? Feels like I’ve tried everything, and would greatly appreciate any tips!
