Little Phatty Stage II Firmware Problem

I have searched the forums for this problem and have seen several others with the same problem, but no solutions. Anyway, my LP has a problem where when I go into Master and turn the value dial the menu choices are displayed up until “Analogue Mode.” After Analogue Mode, no other choices are available. The Analogue Mode item is also displayed with some garbled characters underneath it. I have tried updating the firmware via the sysex librarian, but the LP doesn’t do anything when I try to send the firmware. I have the LP connected to my mac via USB. Any suggestions? Oh, the LP also does not play any sound.

Thanks a lot!

Recently, I encountered exactly the same problem :frowning:
As the firmware crashes as soon as the “Analogue Mode” is displayed, it is impossible to go further in the menus to select the “Sysex menu” to update the firmware.
I contacted the tech support which recommend me to send my LP to an authorized service center. According the tech support guy, it sounds that it could be some sort of hardware problem that is causing this issue (not only a firmware bug).
Did anyone else encounter this problem?

Thanks for your help.
