Knobs only doing steps by 4

Today I noticed all my knobs on my RME go in steps by 4 when looking at the screen at the “actual parameter” value.

It also processes the sound in steps, this is clearly audible when making a patch with only the filter self oscilating. It doesn’t go smooth, it goes stepwise.

This can’t be correct, can it?

I experienced the same problems with Voyager when turning on all MIDI. When off - no problems. Can be some MIDI setting
