Knob and button quality-is this normal?

I have a brand new Muse as of a few weeks. I’m coming from having a Matriarch, Sub 37, Sub Phatty, and others. The over quality of the Muse seems good, but the white buttons-specifically the one on the far left and far right don’t have much of a click- they feel mushy— they are different from the others. Also, the push button rotary encoder is a bit wobbly and doesn’t seem like it would last a long time.

If these are in spec and still last a long time, I’m okay. I just don’t want to have an expensive synth that has problems shortly down the road.

Hi. When I first got my Muse I questioned the supplier about the slightly ‘wobbly’ control knob as it has a different feel from all the other controls and I had concerns about its longevity. Long story short the service centre had a look at it and assured me the play was acceptable and not a concern. Mind currently at rest.
