…play your Voyager or LP through a Leslie speaker, by all means do it!
I’ve been using a very good simulator while I gathered the parts and put together a Leslie and Combo preamp for my synths. Got to try it out today.
Wow, it sounds great! There is a great deal of difference between a simulator running to an amp and speaker cabinet and an honest to goodness Leslie speaker. To hear the sound moving around the room is yet another cool dimension. (Now I’m gonna want 2 of 'em so I can run it Stereo. Hmmm, how to sync the rotors on the two cabinets…)
Intoxicating is the right word, I think.
