Key trigged LFO cycle
Starts the LFO cycle when you press a key. That would make it possible to sync LFO and the arpeggiator. Today they can follow the same clock but the LFO cycles continously and the arpegiator starts the cycle when you press a key.
Volume sensitivity
Similar to how the filter senitivity works today. To add more expression possibilities.
Why not? And the opposite!
Since the memory upgrade of the TE, most of the software features are common, aren’t they?
I think we TE owners can handle any suggestions regarding the USB interface or the extra LFO destination (was it destination?).
Some of the friction? There was more friction than what brake pads on an 18 wheeler produce! Good to see we all have common ground now. Assar, those are some grand ideas! I would love to see these implemented!
I got only one thing on the wish list: noise as an audio source. Cool to have it as a modulation source (neat to play around with that affecting pitch) but it is the one thing that I had with the Source that the Little Phatty doesn’t have so far.
I refer to the Moog Source I had for several years that the LP is replacing. In the audio source section you had a choice of oscillator 1, oscillator 2 or noise to send to VCF and VCA. This is something that the Little Phatty cannot do. What it can do is apply the noise source as a modulation source to affect VCO pitch, VCF and such. It’s like the Minimoog’s 3rd oscillator. It can be used as a modulation source when used as an LFO or it can be used as an audio source as a VCO.
Make the arpeggiator really sync to MIDI. If you have the arp syncing to MIDI and you play a key and you hit it just the slightest bit early or late, the arp will be playing at whatever BPM the MIDI message is coming in at, but it will be out of time with everything else that’s synced to MIDI. It makes the arp sync to MIDI feature basically useless.
I had that problem, but solved it by setting two parameters (“Always send start message” and “MIDI clock follows project position”) start in my daw (Cubase).
