I have a serious problem with my slim phatty. Was synchronizing cubase midi (via usb) when frozen. It does not work any knob, the lights come on but is blocked. I reinstalled the firmware several times (3.3) but has not solved the problem.
Please help.

This just happened to me as well.

I just fixed mine! Go into the menu, find the Analogue Mode setting, it should have a bunch of strange characters under it… switch it to something else. BAM. It works. :smiley:
