I can't change preset bank

I have updated my Voyager to 3.5 version.

To change banks, I press and hold the CURSOR button and then appears “COMPARE SOUND” in the display. I use the -1/+1 buttons but nothing happens.

Then you need the hardware update for 896 presets.
