How to use mini moog app in Logic??

I have the mini moog model D synth app. Instead of using it on an ipad like some people do, I can open it on the same macbook I use for Logic Pro.

So far I’ve managed to make it so that my midi keyboard controls the keys/notes played on the app and I’ve set the output of the app to my audio interface which is linked to my Logic however Logic doesn’t seem to notice the software and I don’t know how to make Logic notice and use the actual software… (i’m kinda new to all this stuff so please go easy on me).

basically What I don’t understand, is how to output this software into Logic itself, as midi, like you would with any synth software you have on logic (such as alchemy for example).

Nobody answered your question… Hope this helps

Open Logic.
Add a software instrument track
Click input in channel strip for software instrument you have created.
Scroll down to the bottom to "AU instruments / Moog / Model D and select the instrument
If you have your midi keyboard connected to you computer you should be in business.

If no Moog Model D instrument is listed in Logic then you need to get the app loaded into Logic.

There a STEEP learning curve with DAWs such as Logic. Keep searching the web/YouTube for solutions to your questions. You will get there.
