Sent in my MuRF a while ago to be repaired and I haven’t heard anything back from moog about it…even after a couple of emails. Is this normal?
I sent in my Voyager for water damage
and to have the Filter Glide Mod and After Touch Mod. Moog’s service dept. staff is very friendly and responsive. They got my Voyager back to me within a month which is probably shorter than some of the big companies. They love your MuRF as much as you do which is rare so it’s in excellent hands and you’ll have it soon ![]()
Oh,
Call them on the phone. That’s the best way.
I drove my voyager to Asheville for tuning and updates.
Amos did it all in about 2 1/2 hours, and he said that he isn’t as fast at tuning as another guy there (that wasn’t there that day).
If you schedule an appointment and take something there, it seems pretty damn quick to me. I need to get the ATA case so i can fly my voyager with confidence and drive to to Asheville whenever I visit family in NC. Soft case on a plane scares me.
+1 on calling them. They are pretty swift on email from what I’ve seen, but no it’s not a big company and if that recipent is out for the week or whatever… yea, just call.
