How long does it take to get an RMA# these days?

I submitted a request on Monday and still haven’t heard back. They really need to hire some more help.

That seems unusually long. Call or write them for a status update. I think 2-3 business days or less is the norm.

I just called them and got one immediately.

I STILL haven’t heard back. I have written them twice since I started this thread with no reply whatsoever. At this point I’m curious to see how long it will take. I’m not in a huge hurry to send it in so I’m not overly anxious…just really concerned about how bad the Moog service has gotten. They used to be very good and fast but have consistently over the last few years become worse and worse.

I emailed them around a month ago, still no reply.

I went through the same thing…your better off calling them on the phone.
After waiting for an email responce I decided to call and got it right away.

“Problem” solved. Amos Gaynes got back to me yesterday evening. Next time I may send him a seperate email just to make sure it gets in the right hands. I suggest you guys email him directly at amos@moogmusic.com if you have problems (I don’t think he’ll mind me giving out that email).
