I have a new Moog One 16v and I think the ribbon cable to oscillator 3 is disconnected. How do you open the top panel to check? Thanks.
The Moog One is opened from the bottom. And do you mean the panel osc 3 connection or the one to each of the 16 voices osc 3s? The later is for sure not the problem here.
