This is how to do it. Perfectly legal and worked great for me.
The way to do it( get round the trademark issue) is to get Moog to ship the goods to another us postal address,(for example a friend or relative) before it gets picked up buy Fedex etc. If your friend or family member or organisation in the US declares the goods as a gift, you will pay little or no import duty.
Providing the goods are shipped from Moogmusic via a third party (friend or relative)and picked up from the 3rd party address by the shipping company, all will work out great and you will save up to £500 or so on a voyager when compared to buying from the UK. Its not the easiest thing to organise but works. You will also have to set up an account with Fedex and give them the weight and dimensions of any product you are buying. Moog cannot and will not send anything direct to the UK from their factory.
