Hola a todos, soy nuevo en el foro y me gustaría saber si teneis idea de que ha podido pasar con mi LP, resulta que de un día para otro ha dejado de emitir sonido alguno, ni siquiera por la salida de auriculares!!! He probado a darle al master reset, pero sigue igual, seran los presets que esten mal, o el sistema operativo? 2.20 - Algun servicio tecnico en españa he intentado hablar con masacoustics pero no me han contestado… que puede ser?

you can also try a Factory Restore -
MASTER → SYSTEM UTILITIES → RESTORE FACTORY
Also, make sure MIDI SETUP-> LOCAL CNTRL: ON
If you did all this stuff already, it could be some hardware trouble, like a loose cable inside, or similar.
Don’t open the Phatty yourself unless the warranty is already expired.
In general, it’s good to get repair service from an authorized Moog tech, if possible.

Thank you for the answer Amos, I already did those things, all the lights are iluminated, even the output on, but nothing sounds in the audio out or the headphones out…
I did the Reset master in sistem utilities but still nothing, and the midi control is on. I spoke with Synthoma, which is a workshop for analog sintetizers, but they told me that they were not sure to be able to handle the LP because its digital/analog technology… I thing that my only option is to try to contact again with mas acoustics, because they are oficial dealers of Moog in Spain.
The thing is, everything seems ok but the sond output… I will check tomorrow if the operating sistem is corrupted or perhaps the presets are too…
I don’t know if that happened to you, but when I send the LPII presets, my Lp went crazy doing arpeggios and latching non stop… perhaps was the OS…
Also when i came home i realized that the PCI was down (the light came out), perhaps would be a tension spike and fried my synth???
I finally managed, to fix the issue. I think was a corrupted OS, because I realized, that when I looked to Local Control was On but doesn’t worked, I upgrade to the latest Os and send the Slim phatty presets and for now it’s working fine…
