Used it with Logic Pro X, and then nothing. Updated the OS, but still nothing. Haven’t even paid for the unit yet. Any suggestions?
Well, disaster - I got on with support - the reset did not take, and then the MIDI usb port collapsed into the synth. On its way to Asheville. Oh F*#@ me.
Just got it back - works great - USB collapsed and that shut her down. Moog support excellent and quick. Helpful. Love them. Now, if I can only to get this unit to midi sync I will be a happy Mooger. 
I think that is pretty straighforward. Just make sure you are sending MIDI Clock to it, and that’s it
