Would you like a full range CV out of your expression pedal for your Voyager or Foogers? Problem is : the red jacks on the Voyager’s panel (white ones on foogers) provide +5 volts to an expression pedal in order to generate a 0 to +5 volts CV, but no negative voltage, that’s well known. Same goes for CP-251. What then? Buy an MP-201 to use in bipolar mode? Well, yeah, nice thing to have around but there is another solution. Here’s a little known fact about the Voyager : plug an expression pedal into the MOD2 input jack of the Voyager. The CV out of your VX-351 (and for those that don’t have one, think 6) Mod2 output is now translated into a full range -5 to 5 volts CV. Same goes for Mod1. Foogers love it ![]()
