FS: LUNAR MF-105M Midi Murf

I’m selling my special edition lunar MF-105M. It is a killer pedal, but I just don’t use it enough to justify keeping it around. I’ve only owned it a few months, and it has never left my smoke/pet free studio. It is flawless in every way.

Comes with the original packaging, manual, and Moog power supply.

Asking $350 shipped in the ConUS.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks!

You would sell it much quicker if you posted a picture of your cat curled up on it.

The MURF is something that has always piqued my interest, but to this day I honestly do not understand what it does.

If I’m not mistaken, it’s kinda like the resonator section from a polymoog.

Hi, would you ship it to Europe?
thanks

I’ll ship to EU, but you’d have to cover the shipping costs. If you’d like, PM me your info, and I’ll see if I can get a quote today or tomorrow.

Thanks

Kenneth, I used to be in the same boat, until about a week ago when I finally broke down and bought a MIDI murf (for a sweet deal from Sir Nose). The Phaser is the only fooger I don’t have now (which I’ll be getting soon) and I must say, the Murf is one of the most fun. Just running a simple patch from your Voyager or Phatty through the multiple resonance filter and selecting a pattern will give you hours of enjoyment and heaps of creative ideas.

In other words.

Get one.

Do it.

Hi Kenneth,

Here’s my best shot at a quick MIDI MuRF summary:

8 Bandpass filters cover either Bass or Guitar frequencies.

8 Sliders control the 8 Bandpass filters’ amplitudes.

A “64 x 8” matrix turns On/Off any combination of these
filters with the 64 columns representing each “Step” of
a Pattern (preset or user custom-made via software).

The Pattern advances to the next Step via Tempo, or
MIDI Clock, or an external Footswitch.

The Odd filters are panned one way and the Even filters
are panned the other way, creating a wide stereo field.

The end result is a rhythmic timbral and panaural effect
that can either repeat quickly or take many, many cycles
before it comes around again (especially if each row has
a different length).

Being a Moogerfooger, of course, means that there are
MANY more possibilities and controls offered by MIDI,
Note Number, CV, Tap Tempo, Env, internal LFO, etc.
But this is the best I can lay it out quickly.

Glad to hear you are Enjoying it. I miss it already.

Have had some interest here…FYI, I’m located in North Mississippi, so if anywone happens to be fairly local, you’re welcome to come by and check it out. I’m a short drive from Memphis, Nashville.

Thanks

I’ve had a good bit of interest, but no bites yet. Still available.
