Really crappy that the quality control isn’t better.. They aren’t willing to send the replacement part to Sweden it seems. I’ve dealt with numerous US synth and eurorack makers they’ve always been very willing to help and they’ve always sent parts for free when i’ve had something breaking, or i’ve sent in my things and they fixed it for free, they haven’t even cared if warranty is no longer valid..

I bought my Sub37 over a year ago so i have no warranty i guess.

Edit: ok, so it seems that it is possible to have the board replacement sent. Good :slight_smile:
