Expression Pedal

Hi, I’m new here!! and I just got my Murf a few day ago. I’m wondering about the Expression Pedal. If I use a roland ev-5, Is it gonna do the same thing as moog Pedal? Has anyone use ev-5 with MuRF?

I use the roland EV-5 and it works fine.
