I currently own the mf 101, 102, 107 and hopefully the mp 201 within a week or so, but I was looking into the Eventide timefactor mainly to be used as a looper. Does anyone have any experience with this or know a better way I could go about doing this? thanks
The Eventide Tide Factor is a great, great delay pedal, but the looper function is pretty
basic, and the loops length is short. If you want great delay and live tweekage, get it.
But if you want looping only, and especially if you want reversing or other
loopy features, you would be better off spending the money on a dedicated looper
pedal.
Yeah I’m looking for a straight looper. I’ve heard good things about the EHX 2880. not sure if anyone has this patched into a moog setup or how it works with the moogerfoogers in general.
The 2880 is great! Just watch your levels or you get nasty digital distortion.
