I have read in the past that Moog has great service and I just got to experience it first hand 
What was an unpleasant experience at my local Bailey Brothers store, turned into a pleasant experience by the people at Moog.
So just giving my praise, specifically to Andrew Stryffeler who helped me out with very prompt emails!
