effects/stomp boxes for Moog synthesizers

Hello everyone!
First: sorry for my horrible english.

I would like to know about You all which type of effects do You use on your Moog synthesizers, which types, ecc.
I asked in a forum of Italy and they have advised me about stomp boxes (strictly analog) from Electro Harmonix and Mxr (=Dunlop).
I would like to know because I’m thinking about to buy some analog stomp boxes for my Phatty.

So: I think this thread would be interesting for exchanging opinions about the effects used, and which are more in use in the moog forum.

Thanks to All,

Best Wishes from Mark, Italy

This thread is currently running in the Voyager forum:

Any effect would do fine, doesn’t have to be analog.

Digital delays can do some nice things.

I Use Electro Harmonix with mine and they work great.

thanks guys for reply!

thanks also MarkM for the link!!

I can recommend the Boss AW-3. It’s not much on guitar but for synths it sounds great. It’s also very cheap on ebay so keep it quiet.

In my set-up besides the MoogerFoogers I regularly use the LexiconMX200 an old Boss SE50. the Boss RE20 and DD20. The RE20 is a great emulator or the original SE201Space Echo (tape delay), the Boss DD20 will allow you to do several different types of delay but what’s really useful with it is the Sound-on-Sound (sos) features that allows you to “record” up 20 seconds of audio, then layer another part on top, then another, and another and….

Experiment and have fun

The essential low cost all purpose sound beautifier IMO. Makes my Old School sounds like a cathedral organ among so many other things. I would not want to be without it.

I have a Behringer SE200 Spectrum Enhancer as the first effect in the chain of 'foogers I have plugged into the “Mixer Out/Filter In” on the Voyager. It adds a very nice edge to the sound, and it’s not real expensive.
